Every Acre Deserves a Fair Deal

Big energy never comes alone. Neither should your county.

Why It Matters

The System Is Built to Favor Developers — Not Your Community.

They bring armies. Lobbyists. Lawyers. Analysts. Paid experts. National playbooks. They know your community before they knock on the door.

Every project has a number. If you don't know it, you're leaving money on the table. And signed deals don't get renegotiated.

Is your county one of the 49 currently navigating an active energy development project?

How We Work

Here's What Happens When You Call

No long onboarding. No complex retainers. Three steps to a quantitatively informed position.

1

Schedule a Call

A brief conversation to understand your situation — whether it's an incoming developer proposal, a lease review, or a PILOT negotiation.

2

We Analyze the Numbers

We perform an independent quantitative analysis of the project — what it generates, what it's worth, and what that means for your negotiating position.

3

We Stand With You

From ordinance consulting to PILOT negotiations to lease review — we work alongside your team to ensure the deal reflects the true value of what's at stake.

Municipal Solutions Group

For commissioners, administrators, and county leadership

Ordinance Consulting

We consult on county ordinances to ensure your community has enforceable protections in place — whether the project is solar, wind, battery storage, or a data center.

You receive

County ordinances informed by expert guidance that protect your land, roads, and residents for the long term.

PILOT Negotiations

We negotiate Payment in Lieu of Taxes agreements informed by our quantitative analysis of what the project actually generates — so the payment structure reflects the project's true economics.

You receive

Payment structures grounded in project financials — designed to maximize local revenue with clear terms and full transparency.

Quantitative Analysis

We analyze the financial profile of every project — projected revenue, tax impact, and long-term economics — so your county negotiates from data, not assumptions.

You receive

An independent financial analysis of what the project actually generates — the foundation for every negotiation decision.

"

What We Hear Most from Counties

"Wholeheartedly recommend Acre Strong to any county seeking experienced, trustworthy guidance on renewable energy matters."

— Kansas County Commissioner

"Strongly recommend Acre Strong. The time to get educated is before a project lands on your doorstep, not after."

— Kansas Planning and Zoning Board Member

"Do you know how much revenue the project on your land is projected to generate?"

If not, you're negotiating without the number that matters most.

Who We Are

Founded on a Simple Observation

An eight-year U.S. Navy veteran, Oleg spent years building energy projects across Kansas and the Midwest — working on the developer side of the table. He saw firsthand how the process works: well-resourced teams arriving with polished proposals and national playbooks, sitting across from local officials who had never seen a deal like this before and had no benchmark for what "fair" looked like.

Acre Strong was created to change that dynamic. Not to replace local decision-making, but to bring the same depth of project knowledge and financial analysis to the county's side of the table — the side that's never had it.

We believe that when counties and landowners have access to the right data, the right analysis, and the right representation, the deals take care of themselves.

Data reflects interconnection points, not physical project boundaries. Many large-scale energy projects span multiple counties — generation may occur in one jurisdiction while the point of grid injection falls in another. If your county does not appear on this map, development activity may still be underway nearby. Contact us for a detailed assessment.
